Mixed Experience Due to Service and Cleanliness Issues
inconsistent servicepoor cleanliness
The breakfast service proved to be inconsistent. My order were incorrect one morning. I requested coffee and received apple juice instead. I did also ask for honey, it were not included. Cleanliness standards were poor. Housekeeping only seems to make the bed and empty the trash. I find the floors were not mopped, the surfaces were not dusted, and the bathroom floor remain dirty.

the breakfast was tasty, with a digital ordering system. a good variety of options were available. the location was also quite convenient. it was easy to get around and see different parts of the city.
the communication could be improved. there was no phone in the room. i had to use a tablet to contact reception via messaging. the responses were sometimes slow. also, i noticed they didn't provide any body wash. only shampoo was available.

The room was very clean and stylish. The beds provided excellent comfort. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. Breakfast delivered to the room was a highlight (i REALLY enjoyed the fresh pastries). Thank you for everything!
The selection of tv channels was a little limited, with only a few English options available.

Really good stay with room service breakfast

My room was modern and very clean. Breakfast delivered directly to my room was a treat. It was both delicious and convenient. I also took advantage of the wellbeing suite and found it to be very relaxing after a day of exploring. The luggage room was very convenient for storing my bags before check-in (it allowed me to start sightseeing right away).
I noticed only a slight issue, the coffee pods provided were somewhat limited. Six pods for four people were not quite enough for my needs .

The rooms have modern design and felt new. The space in the room was ample, and the layout contributed to a comfortable stay. I found it easy to relax and unwind after long days.

Breakfast was delivered to the room, and I had many options to choose from (it made for a relaxing start to the day). The staff were helpful and professional. They provided prompt and courteous service whenever I needed assistance.
