The guesthouse sits right off route 1. This made it convienient after driving a long day. The common kitchen had a small fridge, a kettle and a microwave. There were no stoves.
The room smelled strongly of urine. This confirmed a previous review i had read. The bathroom door handle felt sticky and the bathroom was not cleaned well.

I found the self-check-in process convenient. The breakfast options were good (especially the skyr!). There was free access to a kitchen with a kettle, tea, coffee, and a microwave. I appreciated that I could use the kitchen even if I did not buy breakfast.

The room was clean. It included a comfortable bed and clean linen. The shower offered hot water and good water pressure. The size of the room was good for the price.

The staff seemed pleasant and approachable. The reception was handled by messages, and included the room number and a digital entry code. Ample parking was available near the main road.
