the rooms were exactly like in the pictures.
The hotel overbooked us. We only found out when we got there to check in! that was super sucky. Never in my life have i been overbooked. It isn't great notice. i don't always have access to wifi.

The staff displayed really good courtesy. I found the rooms quiet, a HUGE plus. Breakfast included a good buffet with diverse options.
I noticed a minor scuff mark on the hallway wall.

Fernando was wonderful at reception and the bar. the hotel's location near the harbor allowed easy access to local spots. the common area was stylish with panoramic windows. I enjoyed the wooden statue.
my room had no elevator access to the second floor.

the sound insulation was terrible. i heard every word from the next room. also, there was no elevator. lugging my suitcase up the stairs was not fun.

My room included L'Occitane products which I found very fancy. The hotel is by the water , made finding dining options easy. I enjoyed the onsite parking at the hotel. The breakfast was very satisfactory.
