It was good.

I paid extra for a balcony room but did NOT get it. When I spoke with reception, they said they had no balcony rooms left. NO attempt was made to get me a balcony room, and NO refund was provided.

the hotel was close to the main square! it was about a ten-minute walk. the staff helped me print my flight tickets since mobile tickets weren't accepted. the breakfast provided a decent start to the day.

I paid for a balcony room though i didn't get one, and there was no refund. the tvs aren't smart tvs. They only have albanian channels. the walls are thin. I could hear people in the hallway.
