comfortable bed friendly staff good location wet floor limited breakfast thin walls

the location worked well for me with easy access to the main attractions. my room included a fridge and a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly at the reception desk.

my room lacked a shower stall and the bathroom floor was always wet. the breakfast selection was limited and items were not labeled. i could hear noise from the hallway through the thin walls.

the beds were comfy and big enough. the staffs were very lovely to me and very neat also. i enjoyed the breakfast it was delicious.

balcony room no refund

It was good.

I paid extra for a balcony room but did NOT get it. When I spoke with reception, they said they had no balcony rooms left. NO attempt was made to get me a balcony room, and NO refund was provided.

solid stay close to the action

close location helpful staff decent breakfast

the hotel was close to the main square! it was about a ten-minute walk. the staff helped me print my flight tickets since mobile tickets weren't accepted. the breakfast provided a decent start to the day.

I paid for a balcony room though i didn't get one, and there was no refund. the tvs aren't smart tvs. They only have albanian channels. the walls are thin. I could hear people in the hallway.

I appreciated the helpful staff, they gave good recommendations. The breakfast had a decent variety. The hotel's location is quite close to the main square, it was convenient. The room was clean and quiet.
