The location was ideal, very close to the orangutan rehabilitation center. Our chalet was simple, but it had EVERYTHING we needed and was clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot.
The ACTIVITIES organization was very poor. I had to ask about possible activities myself, because they didn't mention anything at check-in. The staff often didn't even know the correct prices! I found that the food was just very average.

convenient locationpoor service
The location is very close to the orangutan rehabilitation center so it was convenient. The staff arranged a rainforest discovery center pick up for the nightwalk i did.
customer service was very poor. the receptionist was not interested in my issue regarding the water in the shower being cold.
