i enjoyed the animation programs (especially the avatar night with its ibiza party vibe). burhan, an entertainment staff member, was very helpful to families. the hotel was clean and the service felt very attentive.
i found the gym equipment outdated. it was like i was stepping back into the 1990s. i would have expected updated equipment in a hotel of this class.

the bungalow offered ample space for our family with a well kept interior. the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room cool. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided ample toiletries daily.

the staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, it made arrival easy. staff members were helpful in addressing any requests.
