The grounds were really GREEN and park-like. Yoga, pilates, and stretching sessions were REALLY good. The kitchen provided excellent food for all meals. There was something for everyone. Plenty of space existed near the beach and pool.

surprised positive experience

amazing food friendly staff heated swimming pool scuba diving

i found the food AMAZING in general. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i liked decent cocktails and beer. a heated swimming POOL was great to have. scuba diving team were also friendly. the location is close to the town, ATMs, and shops.

I noticed the popular drinks ran out quickly and the non-alcoholic drink selection could be improved. That was a SLIGHT inconvenience though.

The location was very nice with so green area, clean environment, and very spacious rooms. i admire the pools with many loungers. i appreciate the food with much variation every day. water bottles was accessible everywhere. This worked well.

the hotel provides beach with different zones for sunbathing. i noticed the pools were clean and big. i saw bars on the beach provide cocktails and soft drinks. there is easy access to water bottles everywhere.

beautiful territory mature trees

The territory is very beautiful, with lots of mature trees that offer shade. there are many activities available for families with children. ulya and volkan provided excellent service. They were really nice too help us.

The reception staff offered an upgrade to a bigger and very comfortable room. i found the guest relations service very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. the staff were friendly and cute with a positive atmosphere.

The baggage service was really fast. The guest relations service was also efficient.. I really appreciated it. There were many sun beds under the trees, this created quiet areas.

The gym did not have enough free weights.

jungle forest beautiful beach art hobby club sports academy

This resort is amazing. the infrastructure is gorgeous with jungle-like forest surroundings. the beach is beautiful. the drinks were good, and i especially enjoyed the art hobby club for adults. I painted silk and had nice chats with mehmet and judith. i really loved the sport's academy, the instructors victoria, dariia, elena and their manager are the best.

the room was a little outdated, i must say. however, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

dated furniture inconvenient location

i was so excited about my stay, especially after seeing pictures of the lush greenery. the room i got, a beautiful room, felt quite dated. the furniture seemed worn, and there was a musty smell. also, the main restaurant was quite a walk from my room. the location made it inconvenient for quick meals or snacks, especially in the heat.
