I loved the quick walk down into town. The location offered beautiful water views. the pool and lounge area were clean. It was also nice and quiet! staff members were very friendly and helpful. i especially liked the sweet breakfast plate delivered to my room for my early flight.
the balcony furniture was plastic and i found it slightly uncomfortable.

the front desk staff was very supportive! she brought us sandwiches for our early airport trip. restaurant advice and walking routes to town were also very helpful. the family running the place are very friendly and cute! breakfast had homemade options and a superb selection. i could add hot water to oats, followed by yogurt, fruit, nuts, and seeds!
the balcony furniture was plastic! it felt uncomfortable. the air conditioning made a squeaking sound switching on and off!

the location is excellent, not in the very busy tourist area. i could stroll to recommended restaurants for dinner! the bay views were fabulous. the hotel had house martins flying around in the morning and evening.

the location WAS acceptable, with easy access to the town.
The breakfast quality was NOT great. THE server seemed to argue with the cook. It felt awkward. i also heard vacuuming at 9 a.m. on saturday, rude, aND a plane flew overhead.

the manager accommodated my early arrival and provided an available room. the hotel prepared a thoughtful early breakfast consisting of ham and cheese sandwiches and chocolate croissants for my early departure. the staff's attention to detail contributed to a nice visit. the location provided easy access to town.
The hill to return to the hotel might be challenging for those with mobility issues. there is a bus stop nearby.
