Excellent Stay with AMAZING Staff!!!

I found the staff to be friendly. They were always willing to assist. The pools were clean, and I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness. My room was spacious, so it was very comfortable.

The food options could have had more variety. There was often just one meat option available. I was a bit disappointed by this aspect.

The hotel has clean pools. I saw a pool bar. There is convenient beach access available via a pedestrian tunnel, a useful feature for reaching the sea quickly and safely, so I used it.

friendly staffbroken chairleaking shower

the reception staff was friendly upon my arrival.

the balcony door was blocked and wouldn't close. the air conditioning didn't work properly either (it barely cooled the room). i also noticed a broken chair and a shower that leaked all over the floor.
