the gym was excellent and had a wide variety of equipment. the staff were lovely and always willing to help. my room was spacious and it provided lots of storage space (very practical).

the room smelled strongly of mold. they changed it for me after my complaint, but the new room still did not smell particularly fresh. i remember loving the breakfast buffet years ago, but its quality seems to have deteriorated. it feels like it has not kept up with other hotel buffets.

Our Beautiful King Room had two separate sinks. I loved the rainfall shower. Breakfast included many choices. I loved both the Asian and Western options. I'm glad I found such good food!

Getting staff attention in the lobby lounge was tough. The staff seemed busy with each other. It took a while to get service. Why they ignore me?

the location was ideal for any business traveller. offices, malls, and dining spots were nearby. the service from staff was really good too. they were always warm and professional .

the rooms begins to show its age i think. modernization could improve them. i hope the hotel takes this into consideration in the future.

This hotel provided ample basement parking. I found a great lobby area that was comfortable. I appreciated the nice room layout with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and always SMILING.
