The room was excellent and very well thought out! The downstairs restaurant had good food , and the fitness center had everything I could ask for while on travel. The spa was an excellent value , too.
My room AC leaked , which was annoying. The bathroom also had black mold in the shower area. Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned.

The staff members were very helpful and very nice! Food was available in all areas of the hotel and it was great. The rooms were very comfy and tidy and the bathroom fixtures all functioned properly. it was clean.
The room design overlooked the pool and was too large and excessive with decor. A simpler, more comfortable look would help improve the enjoyment .

the towels provided were large and so soft. i really appreciated that a driver and vehicle were available for hire. It made getting around so much easier. i found the staff-front desk, door openers, cleaning crew, and dining staff- attentive.
i noticed a slight delay once when waiting for assistance, but it was resolved quickly.
