Wonderful stay with excellent service!

I appreciated the staff's attentiveness, especially Sertac at guest relations, who was very helpful. The fresh flowers in the hall were wonderful. I also appreciated the pool staff's hard work in maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. They were very attentive.
The deposit required upon arrival was a bit higher than expected.

The outdoor pool offered ample space with many loungers available to relax. The gym featured several treadmills and stationary bikes, nice for diverse workout routines. The hotel includes a Turkish bath.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

high depositfaulty system
The deposit was a shock, I must admit. The hotel required an unexpected €200 deposit at check-in, which they did not explain. This felt quite random. It will be refunded, but the exchange rate may differ and the money will arrive in my account in 10 days, they said. The air conditioning was problematic. For two nights, the system was faulty and could not be fixed quickly. It made sleeping very difficult!

The staff was helpful. I especially thank Rahman for his assistance.
The hotel asked for an additional deposit. They did not explain what it covered. When I checked out, I requested a refund of the deposit, but they said the exchange rate could vary. I am unsure if I will receive the full amount back after the bank processes it in ten days.

I was greeted with really good service upon arrival. The staff, especially Sertac, was very kind and helpful. The fresh flowers in the lobby provided a wonderful touch.
