Excellent Hotel Experience
open kitchen helpful staff clean hotel
The breakfast offered many choices. I especially loved the individual omelette service from the open kitchen. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The hotel was also very clean (which is always a plus!).
I requested a late check-out due to my late flight, but it was not accepted.

The hotel is near a metro station, approximately a 5-minute walk. I found this location convenient for accessing different parts of the city. Forum Istanbul is also within walking distance (very handy for shopping!).

suspicious stains empty minibar
the location was acceptable because it was close to a metro station, so getting around wasn't too difficult.
The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I found some suspicious stains on the bathroom tiles, that i definitely didn't want to investigate further. the minibar was nearly empty. Only water was available. i expected more from a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

open kitchen individual omelette true sanctuary authentic atmosphere dirty kettle unhygienic element shower door poor closure
The breakfast had many choices, a special touch was the omelette made individually at the open kitchen. i found the fin hamam a true sanctuary, offering calm and elegance. It was a perfect escape from any stress.
the shower door did not close properly, i found that quite inconvenient. i also saw a dirty kettle, it was disappointing.

fantastic stay near forum istanbul!
helpful staff superb massage excellent breakfast
The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful with my luggage upon arrival! sandy, the indonesian masseuse, gave a superb massage. I'd book her again next year for sure. the breakfast was excellent with many choices, including an omelet station where they cook it fresh!
The air conditioning was the only source of heat. It made some noise and could be disruptive.

The hotel boasts a gym, spa, sauna, and turkish bath. there is also a café downstairs that has great options for breakfast and other meals. The staff welcomed us warmly each time we returned.

I loved the proximity to the forum shopping center, it made shopping easy! kocatepe metro station is also within walking distance. This makes getting around the area really convenient. shops are also close by.

foul odor stained sofas
The breakfast had a wide variety of choices.
The room smelled bad. A constant foul odor came from the bathroom! The sofas also had stains, and the towels seemed old and worn out, though they were clean.
