The breakfast had many choices, a special touch was the omelette made individually at the open kitchen. i found the fin hamam a true sanctuary, offering calm and elegance. It was a perfect escape from any stress.
the shower door did not close properly, i found that quite inconvenient. i also saw a dirty kettle, it was disappointing.

The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful with my luggage upon arrival! sandy, the indonesian masseuse, gave a superb massage. I'd book her again next year for sure. the breakfast was excellent with many choices, including an omelet station where they cook it fresh!
The air conditioning was the only source of heat. It made some noise and could be disruptive.

The hotel boasts a gym, spa, sauna, and turkish bath. there is also a café downstairs that has great options for breakfast and other meals. The staff welcomed us warmly each time we returned.

I loved the proximity to the forum shopping center, it made shopping easy! kocatepe metro station is also within walking distance. This makes getting around the area really convenient. shops are also close by.

The breakfast had a wide variety of choices.
The room smelled bad. A constant foul odor came from the bathroom! The sofas also had stains, and the towels seemed old and worn out, though they were clean.
