The food was diverse and very good. every day, both lunch and dinner options changed. the staff was AMAZING!!! it was a pleasure to stay here, and the rooms are quiet. i did not hear neighbors at all. We slept like babies.

I found the hotel grounds beautiful. everything seemed very well kept. the pools were clean and spacious. I always found a sunbed. the staff were amazing. They were friendly and always ready to help.
The dinner experience could improve. I encountered raw food. the variety was somewhat limited for me. i found myself eating out more often than i had planned.

The buffet offered varied foods and good quality. i think barbecue night was the absolute best. fresh fruits and grilled meats were available. The staff work tirelessly to keep it stocked!!!

The hotel features large, clean pools perfect for swimming. I noticed the temperature was around 26-27 degrees. the location is convenient offering proximity to the beach and nearby shops which makes everything accessible.

The reception staff was friendly and provided good service. I was greeted warmly upon arrival. the cleaning staff kept the rooms super clean with daily towel changes. Everyone seemed very approachable and helpful.

The hotel has really kind staff. Mia went out of her way to show us to our room. This was unexpected, yet lovely. I requested a kettle. She sorted that out immediately. The food was AMAZING!!! There was plenty of choice with fresh cooked chicken and fish everyday. I appreciated that, too.
The hotel is on a hill with many steps. This was a bit of a trek to the pools and restaurants. I appreciate the stay, though.

The food was varied. There was a good choice of eggs, cold meats, cheese, and fruit. The dinner buffet offered many choices. The salad bar included about 25 different options. Fresh cooked chicken and fish were available everyday.

There are two large swimming pools. These were clean. The hotel also has a fitness area with several machines. A coach provides transport to a nearby town with many shops.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Slimo on reception were very good. I appreciated this very much. Mia went out of her way to help us find our room.

The hotel grounds displayed beautiful plants. I enjoyed the multiple swimming pools available. The location is awesome near the beach. I think the supermarket next to the hotel is very useful.
The food had little seasoning. I noticed the same buffet items every night. Some wooden decoration need work because the wood was rotten. The balcony safety bar feels unsafe because it bows when you lean on it.

i liked that reception staff were friendly. they were polite and helpful. the food preparation impressed me with a good choice of fish, meat, and poultry in the main buffet restaurant. a sun terrace was available off my room, offering a bar and buffet with light meal choices.
the adult only areas sometimes had children in them.
