the airport shuttle service ran frequently. i found the outlet mall shuttle very convenient! the hotel also provides free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes. the breakfast was nice with a good variety.
the room was quite small for a family. we found the room set up for two, not four guests. there were only two of everything including robes, slippers, and towels

staff members speak english fluently! the check-in was efficient, and the staff offered late check-out. the front desk manager from a nearby hotel even assisted with our luggage, which i appreciated.
