Fantastic Hotel Experience

I found the premises well-kept. Also my room was clean, i loved that. The staff displayed professionalism and provided helpful service. Breakfast offered a amazing spread of choices. The bed provided very nice comfort, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
I noticed slight dripping from the shower shattaf, causing some water accumulation on the floor, a small issue.

superb serviceaccommodating staffgenerous chef
the service was superb. ms. maria was fantastic and accommodating, and ms. nona was very sweet. chef mahmood was generous (he even showed me some cooking tips!). i will definitely come back.
the pillows were a bit too thin for my liking.

the location was acceptable.
the check-in process was not good (i am a bonvoy titanium elite member). the manager did not acknowledge me at all. the lounge staff were rude and the food was not up to par.
