the housekeeping staff were great my room was cleaned daily the towels were replenished daily. i found the breakfast selection extensive the salads and desserts were tasty.

the staff was generally friendly and ready to help, it was acceptable.
the room i booked, the beautiful room guest room 1 king, smelled strongly of mildew and i found several areas where dust was clearly visible. the air conditioning unit seemed to struggle to maintain a constant temperature. i would expect a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance.

i really enjoyed my stay. The staff always smiled. i found the breakfast buffet included many options. i also used the gym, it has modern equipment.
i did notice a faint smell of smoke in some of the public areas.

mold smelldated room
the hotel is somewhat dated. my room was quite humid and it possessed a noticeable mold smell. i discovered mold under the ac unit. the air conditioning system clearly requires maintenance.
