The guest welcome stood out because Ivika and Nary explained the Omani Kahwa coffee ceremony and gave me some coffee with brewing instructions to take home. Simo helped with a late check-out to accommodate my late flight and even called to wish my mum a happy birthday. The Harvest head chef, Bilal, made a special birthday cake, and Hassam and Nasser ensured we always had our preferred table. Abanaub accommodated a meal request at Ba Ban, he personalized the experience with extra lobster.
Finding the hotel proved difficult because unclear signage caused me to circle the block a few times.

I found the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The pastries were FRESH and tasty! The gym included three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes.
The music volume in public areas was sometimes a little loud.
