service and condition issues
cracked plasterslippery floor
the hotel location is definitely convenient. however, several issues arose . the ceiling plaster near the room entryway was cracked. the refrigerator did not work. the shower had a high step, a missing grab bar and the floor was slippery. this made it quite unsafe.

the hotel's location inside terminal 2 made it very convenient. i found the staff to be friendly and professional. the shower's water pressure was perfect.
i found a couple of power points not working in my room. the hairdryer also did not work. the lack of these amenities was definitely an inconvenience

the room i was given was quite a distance away , and it was annoying to drag my heavy luggage across the carpeted floors. the condition of the room was disappointing , especially considering the price. it was like the hotel is exploiting its location by charging excessive rates for mediocre service and outdated rooms.

This hotel is conveniently near Terminal 2. Access to trains is excellent. The bar and restaurant were quite nice. The room had very good sound insulation from the airport.
The hotel did not provide tea or coffee in the room. Only bottled water.

I found the location perfect, especially with its direct access to terminal 2. the soundproofing was excellent. I didn't hear any airport noise in my room. i liked the spaciousness of the room, made repacking my luggage easy.
i noticed the signage directing me to the hotel could be improved slightly.
