mixed feelings about my stay
obstructed view limited toiletries
My room was supposed to be a family room sea view, but the view was partially obstructed. i also had issues with the noise levels, especially at night. loud music from nearby venues kept me awake past midnight. i found the limited toiletries disappointing. Only basic soap and shampoo were provided, no conditioner or lotion.

calm stay
friendly staff excellent housekeeping
the staff were friendly i found the rooms clean and the air conditioning worked well housekeeping was excellent too the local market is only a short walk from the hotel i recommend this hotel for a visit.
i noticed the lack of a proper bar in the hotel the main bar area felt more like a reception area at night there was limited seating and no tv for watching sports they advertised a starbucks but it's actually a nescafe outlet.

the hotel food had good variety there were various choices the chef cooked tasty food i appreciated the many options for international cuisine i found plenty of appealing food.

the service was attentive staff members greeted everyone respectfully the team ensured all needs were met promptly the staff provided quick responses to requests and maintained polite professional interactions throughout my stay.

the hotel is near the baia lara beach the beach is only a two minute walk from the hotel i was able to easily go swimming and i could attend evening shows near the ocean.

the pool was large and clean several food bars were available the pool and beach areas included drink service the hotel offered convenient access to activities like jet skiing i could play volleyball on the beach.

inadequate air conditioning late night noise
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate. It struggled to cool the space and made sleeping difficult. I also found the noise from nearby hotels very disruptive late at night. Loud music continued past midnight making it hard to rest. This constant noise affected my sleep quality and made the stay less enjoyable

i enjoyed the gym it had adequate equipment. the massive pool was a highlight there was also a private beach. these features.
