The staff was very helpful. i especially liked lisa. She gave us great directions. the food was gorgeous in the bar!
the hotel is halfway down a steep hill, so luggage drop-off was difficult. the parking was not discounted as promised. the shower bracket was broken.

The breakfast included tasty options. The location was very central to everything I wanted to see. It made getting around easy. It was simple to walk to most attractions from the hotel.
The gym was small, with limited equipment.
