central location friendly assistance
The staff offered very friendly assistance. Breakfast provided excellent choices. (I was charmed by the fresh pastries!) The location is quite central to major attractions.

lovely stay
warm welcome long sleep
the welcome i received was warm. my room was very comfortable and i enjoyed a long sleep. the bed comfort was superb. breakfast was one of the best i ever had in a hotel. the staff were quick at taking my orders. the coffee was first class. i enjoyed the complimentary buck's fizz.

raw mushrooms cold tomatoes
The hotel wasn't quite the seamless experience i'd hoped for. breakfast proved to be a bit of a letdown with raw mushrooms and cold tomatoes making an unwelcome appearance. a vegetarian sausage option was notably absent. A rather bland experience overall. my room, supposedly oozing character, felt a tad underwhelming. The bathroom was worn, and the mirror stubbornly refused to function. i guess some character is unwanted.

SIMPLY the BEST Hotel EVER!
early check-in friendly staff excellent food
I received a courtesy call about parking, which I thought was a lovely touch. Upon arrival, I was early for check-in but my room was READY WOW and I got an upgrade. The food and cocktails were excellent, and the staff was SO friendly. This. I will definitely return and recommend it to others!
The hotel is on a VERY steep hill, which might pose a challenge for some guests.

The bed had fresh, comfortable sheets and towels. There were cookies in my room upon arrival, a nice surprise. The room also included a personal welcome note .

The hotel is located inside the walls and near many attractions. Restaurants and pubs are nearby, so everything anyone might need is close by. The location is PERFECT for exploring the city and enjoying its vibrant atmosphere.

The breakfast included tasty options. The location was very central to everything I wanted to see. It made getting around easy. It was simple to walk to most attractions from the hotel.
