huge varietypool closureunrelaxing environment
the breakfast offered a huge variety and suited all tastes.
The pool was closed for three hours on a sunday for children's private swimming lessons. i received incorrect information about pool availability. I specifically emailed reception. the changing rooms were crowded with children and parents, this made the environment unrelaxing.

The hotel offers sea views from every corner! I spot them from the bar, lobby, spa, and rooms. The location allows easy access to Marble Hill safe beach. There I see a lifeguard station. I drove a short distance to Donegal's best beaches, including Gweedore and Magheroarty. The hotel boasts high standards of cleanliness, that's noticeable!
The bar prices seemed somewhat high.

The hotel provides amazing scenery and proximity to marble hill beach, a total bonus! A short drive takes you to other beautiful beaches, that include Gweedore and Drumaness, I visited many of them.

I enjoyed my beautiful double or twin room with a sea view, I could observe it all day! The room included a proper free-range hairdryer, that was easy to use, not all hotels have this.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I can say that for sure. They demonstrate good care for their customers, I noticed it on many occasions. It was a positive experience, I loved it.

I experienced fantastic food in the marbles restaurant, I couldn't get enough! Breakfast offers a great selection, I saw options suiting all dietary requirements. The food in the bar seems good value, it tasted good.

draughty receptionpoor service
the communal seating area was not very inviting. it was right next to a draughty reception area and felt more like a corridor. there were also many children running around. tables in the communal area were not cleared by staff and no table service was offered there.

The floor to ceiling windows framed sheephaven bay beautifully. we savored a three-course dinner at marbles restaurant. The food presentation was exquisite. the hotel thoughtfully arranged my gluten free meal, it was so kind. the spa experience with the private hot tub and complimentary prosecco was total bliss, it was.
the hotel location wasn't immediately clear, and the signage on the main road could use improvement though the views once you're there make up for it.
