The room was clean. The staff was helpful with directions.
I requested a quiet room, but I got one near the elevators. The noise from people talking and the elevator itself made it hard to sleep. The bathroom lacked toiletries. I had to ask for shampoo.

the hotel provided tea and coffee in my room. the bathroom included clean towels. reception staff welcomed me upon my arrival. i ate a very nice evening meal in the bar and the serving staff were attentive.
i noticed the towels were a little small.
