helpful staff excellent food dull color incorporated shower
the staff were very helpful. the food was excellent at both breakfast and the evening meal.
i found that the room's mustard color was a bit too dull. the shower was incorporated in the bath, which isn't ideal for people with mobility issues.

a good hotel with minor drawbacks
excellent location wide selection large bedroom hard pillows car park bland meal
the location of the hotel is excellent. breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. the bedroom was large and comfortable. the spa can be accessed in a sister hotel.
The pillows were too hard, difficult to sleep. my room overlooked the car park. the room's lighting was not suitable for working or reading. dinner presentation at the bistro was subpar. The meal tasted bland.

Excellent Stay!

The christmas party night was wonderfully executed. The meal was AMAZING!!! Sinead organized everything beautifully. A tremendous room had the most comfortable bed, alongside a double spa bath. Prosecco and chocolates were waiting to greet us. Netflix was available on the television.
During my visit, I asked the barman for a Guinness 0.0 poured from the pump, but he poured it from a can twice. He replied that it was quicker.

The hotel offers leisure facilities that include a pool which the pool attendant keeps in great shape and seems to enjoy doing it. The spa offers various treatments, like massage. it is clean and professionally run.

The staff members are great. They create a cute atmosphere for all guests. Kelsey at the hotel and Denise at the spa stood out for their really good service and pleasant attitude .

cute atmosphere super clean reception helpful staff excellent food
i experienced a very cute atmosphere upon arrival. the reception was super clean, and the staff greeted me with a cheery disposition. my room was ready on time and also super clean. i found the food excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.
the car parking was somewhat difficult , because i did not know how to get to the car park , since the website did not provide adequate instructions.

spacious room clean room attentive staff room temperature small gym dim lighting
The room was very spacious and clean. breakfast included many options and staff were very attentive. i particularly enjoyed the thermal suite. I spent a good amount of time there.
the room's temperature control was difficult to adjust, and it was too warm. the gym was smaller than i expected and only had a limited selection of equipment. the lighting in the room wasn't ideal for reading (it was too dim).

spacious room clean twin room thick mattress
i had a really amazing experience! the twin room i booked was spacious and clean. mattresses on the beds felt particularly thick and good, and i slept really well.
the room was a little too warm at night!
