Fantastic Stay!

The receptionist was helpful, and the breakfast service was nice. The staff was super friendly. They organized taxis to and from the wedding venue. I especially enjoyed the convenient parking located behind the hotel. The breakfast was also good!
The bathroom had missing tiles off the wall under the sink. The bedside lockers were covered in watermarks.

The hotel has ample parking behind it. A pub is available . It is perfect for gathering after dinner. There is easy access to the car-park as well.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with organizing transport. The lady at reception was lovely and very efficient with check in. She provided pleasant service to everyone.

The room was massive and very clean. The room was also quiet and modern, which I appreciated. It had everything I needed for my stay.

The hotel is centrally located. It was easy to find. I was a wedding guest at a nearby castle. It was close to the venue. I found the location very convenient!

the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. the beds were comfortable. breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.
I noticed the prices were high. A chicken stir fry was listed at €27. a fillet steak cost €43. i think the restaurant prices could be reviewed.

breakfast was AMAZING!!! plenty of choices were available with really kind staff attending to all needs. the options were traditional and high quality. what was there tasted good.

the hotel is near many local shops, and there is a supermarket next door for convenience. it's easy to get what you need. the location felt quite safe and accessible.

the rooms included an iron and ironing board, quite useful for travelers. i did not find any disturbing noises from inside or outside. the shower was quite excellent.

the location WAS easy to find.
the shower temperature was difficult to manage, I experienced SCALDING hot water. this made showering quite uncomfortable, and I had to resort to washing my hair in the sink. I felt some compensation would have been fair, ESPECIALLY since the staff seemed dismissive, saying it didn't matter because i was checking out.

I found the food prices excessive. a chicken stir fry cost €27. that seems high. also, there were no proper coffee facilities in the room. Just a kettle with instant coffee was available. for the price, i expected higher quality amenities and better value.
