the heating was not working in my room , it was a bit chilly. the bathroom was not great , it was in need of an update. there was a stale odour , i found it a little unpleasant.

the bedrooms were ok except the heating was not working in one of the rooms.

The staff was amazing and demonstrated great friendliness. I found their attentiveness commendable. The food available was also quite delicious, with a varied and interesting menu. The rural setting of the hotel lent a serene atmosphere to my stay.
I encountered a minor issue with the heating in my room. It did not seem to be functioning as expected. This made the room slightly less comfortable than I would have liked.

The food was excellent in the country pub! the staff were super friendly and cute too. we arrived on a sunday and it was busy. This fact signaled to me that the food had to be very good. it delivered!
The window latch was broken in one of the bathrooms. i couldn't fully close it. This caused a slight inconvenience.
