poor cleaninguncomfortable pillows
I was really disappointed about the cleaning service. they did not clean the room even after i requested it (i stayed for 5 nights). the pillows were uncomfortable, leading to some neck strain.

the hotel is close to the central train station. it is easily accessible. the staff was very helpful, i would highly recommend it. breakfast was tasty and full of food.

slow drainstrange odor
The room cleaning was only available upon request, which I found inconvenient. the bathroom sink drained very slowly. I also noticed there was a strange odor.. It seemed to come from the ventilation system. These issues detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay.
