I really loved how close it was to the central train station and the bus terminal, it was super convenient, just a short walk, about 5 to 10 minutes! the staff were so friendly and were really nice too help me with everything i needed. i must say the bed was comfortable. I slept so well each night and the shower had great power too.
the room cleaning was only available upon request, i found out too late.

The breakfast buffet provided a massive variety of fresh food and delicious dishes. It was amazing. i also appreciated the breakfast box they prepared for my early departure. This nice gesture helped start my long travel day. the dining area was clean and well-kept. Staff ensured all food items were fresh.

The secure luggage storage, located in a locked closet near the front desk, provided peace of mind before check-in. It helped me explore comfortably. the hotel also has good soundproofing because i could not hear outside noise even with open windows!

My room included two pillows for each guest and enough space for cosmetic items in the bathroom, it felt great. the room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. I really rested well. i thought the room temperature was great.

the breakfast had excellent options. It was good value.
The air temperature was managed centrally by the hotel and it was 23 degrees overnight. I found this stifling. the staff did provide a fan, but I couldn't sleep for the two nights I was there. I also experienced noise from overnight work on the trainline.

poor cleaningdirty room
I was disappointed by a couple of things . the room cleaning was not good. i had to change rooms twice on the same day i checked in (i found blood and other unmentionables). it was pretty gross. also, sandwiches were under the beds. It didn't feel very clean.
