I found the grounds to be beautiful. The staff helped me locate the resident sloth and shared information about it. They showed me around the garden also.

I noticed limited hours for the bar and restaurant. After breakfast, finding food and drinks was difficult. I had to leave the hotel to eat.

the thermal pools were quite good.

My villa was too close to the road. It was very noisy at 5 am. i was also disappointed by breakfast. I asked for avocado with my eggs, and they wanted to charge extra. the owners seem greedy and not really focused on the guests.

The on-site farm was lovely. It was a highlight of our visit. we enjoyed seeing the animals. Especially the sloths! the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the landscaping was lush. the hot springs were a great way to relax after exploring the area.

the breakfast buffet, though adequate, could have included more diverse options, such as additional fruit choices.
