the room was clean and relatively spacious. the rooftop pool was nice. i liked having easy self-service available for breakfast (the coffee was good). the location was convenient with easy access to nearby stores and restaurants.
i thought a few more coat hangers in the room would have been helpful.

wonderful stay near the metro
pleasant stafffree wateruseful amenitycable machine
i found everything to be really efficient. the staff members were always pleasant. free water refills were available on each floor, a very useful amenity (i really liked that!). the gym included a cable machine, a treadmill, stationary bikes, a bench, and weights.
i noticed some noise from the hallway occasionally.

faulty air conditioningsmall pool area
i had a few issues . the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly one night and it got uncomfortably warm. i requested a room change, but they couldn't accommodate me immediately (i had to wait until the next day). they did provide a fan, but it wasn't enough to keep the room cool and i felt a bit ignored. the pool area also wasn't up to expectations.
