The staff provided answers to all my inquiries. The hotel entrance looked grand. The location proved advantageous, helping me navigate easily. I slept soundly in soft beds with quality pillows.

The location was fantastic. I walked to many attractions. the staff offered very helpful assistance. the water stations on every floor are really useful. the hotel's classy aesthetic stood out to me.
the limited bathroom amenities, like no body lotion or hair conditioner, seemed like a slight miss.

the breakfast balcony was a good space, and i enjoyed the breakfast offer there. it had quite a good variety. the water dispenser was very convenient and the marshmallow at the drink point was great.

The rooms were adequate and the en suite was a plus, even if parts showed some wear. i found the bed quite comfy. the free water they provide is very nice too. We appreciated it.
