I was initially given a room at the back facing the air conditioning units. i inquired about an upgrade. the next day i was moved to a room with a balcony. I appreciated this change. the staff were always willing to help. That was super useful. the location is central and convenient to city attractions. december sees a lot of activity.
the soap dispensers in the shower did not function properly. the television also did not work . facial tissues were not provided in the room.

the staff was friendly and efficient providing prompt assistance with requests. the reception desk offered water and candies to guests adding a cute touch. staff facilitated luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

Rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard providing a fresh environment. rooms include balconies overlooking the street. These provide a great view. there are water taps with cups on all floors, so guests can easily get water.

the staff were very helpful . the hotel offered nice touches like fresh mineral water on all floors . i found sweets tubs in reception, they were a nice gesture. my room, located on the second floor was comfortable and a good size.
the room had old furniture. there was much noise in the area. i will never use the hotel laundry service again. they steal from you

i was so thrilled with the hotel's location! it was super central. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, they really were really good too assist me. i also really appreciated the little touches, like the fresh water on each floor.
i did notice the ongoing street modernization was a bit noisy early in the morning, but that didn't affect my sleep much

The location was central. the staff seemed nice initially! however, i found the room quite small for the price. the breakfast was limited. i also noticed a significant amount of noise from the street. It made sleeping difficult even with the windows closed!

The location was fantastic. I walked to many attractions. the staff offered very helpful assistance. the water stations on every floor are really useful. the hotel's classy aesthetic stood out to me.
