The reception staff are amazing. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. the location was central, and everything was within walking distance. the breakfast options were delicious. We were able to have it delivered to our room to eat on the beautiful balcony.
there was lots of noise, and paint smell made it very unsettling.

the staff were very attentive providing excellent recommendations. the pho and coffee for breakfast were delicious. the hotel is right on the lake but tucked away making the rooms quiet at night.

the location offered easy access. a seven eleven store was conveniently located around the corner. the staff demonstrated kindness and friendliness . my luggage was stored for 24 hours without issue. breakfast delivered directly to the room was wonderful. the room size was superb.
i noticed slight noise disturbances occasionally.

i ordered a room with a balconys and i received one without. they said they had no available rooms even though i booked almost half a year before.

Nguyen Thuy at reception were the BEST and Nguyen Trong the bellman helped us arrange private cars for excursions! He checked on us to ensure our travels were going well. I felt genuinely cared for. The staff acted LIKE family .
There was only ONE minor inconvenience, the gym equipment was a bit outdated, but I still managed to get a good workout.
