the room was quite clean and alright, i guess.
the room was pretty stuffy, and the tv remote didn't work. i had to get up and change the channels. imagine that!

the staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. the hotel is very central and convenient for travelling the area. i found on-site parking very useful and there's also a hairdresser and barber available. there are many seating areas throughout the hotel and the menu has great variety.
the room was very small and the decor was quite outdated.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient. the meal service was also good, attentive without being intrusive. every request was handled quickly and with a cheerful attitude.

the breakfast was Really good!!! the menu had many options and everything tasted fresh. the restaurant offered great food and the bar service was prompt and friendly. i appreciated the variety available.

The hotel boasts a generous parking area. i found the restaurant quite pleasant. The breakfast had sufficient choices. the staff were genuinely helpful. i thought the bar area was lovely with nice staff, a plus for a relaxing evening.
i noticed a few cobwebs on the ceiling in my room, a very minor thing, but still noticeable. the room decoration seemed slightly old.

The reception staff were helpful. They swiftly managed my check-in. the bar staff were attentive and ensured prompt service. any requests were handled efficiently. any questions i asked were addressed carefully.
