I stayed at this hotel and found the location ideal. The room had modern amenities and was quite spacious. Check-in was quick. The reception staff were both efficient and friendly. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The chef kept the food fresh and well-presented.
The bathroom lacked sufficient shelving for toiletries. This was a minor inconvenience.

An okay stay. Some issues found

the hotel had a central location, that's convenient.
The room was dated, a real disappointment. i contacted the hotel twice before arriving to ask about quiet times for breakfast for my daughter. I got no reply to either. this lack of response from them really frustrated me.

The hotel location IS central. I found the bedrooms to be refurbished and tastefully decorated.
I noticed MANY steps to the bedroom. It might be difficult if you have poor mobility.

charmed by my stay!

i had a spacious double or twin room! a lcd tv was available, as well as a kettle for tea with tea-bags, coffee, and sugar. the bathroom was big enough, and the shower was great. i found the hotel's location perfect since it was just in the city center.
The soundproofing between rooms was not ideal. i could hear noise from other residents quite clearly. Staff seemed unconcerned about it when i mentioned it at 3am. this made it difficult to sleep soundly!

The hotel restaurant was nice. Staff found alternatives for people with food allergies. breakfast was a good choice, served in the ballroom overlooking the estuary. the breakfast buffet did the job, I suppose.

The hotel location is central to bars. Music and food are accessible. it's a good base from which to explore the surrounding area. the hotel is located right in the middle of the diamond!
