a very pleasant stay!
convenient location gracious host complete kitchen short walk
I stayed here for three nights and found it quite good. the location is very convenient. Abbey wood station is only a short walk away. the kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. jing was a most gracious host. Her kindness was very appreciated.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low, though completely functional. it didn't really detract from the overall excellent experience.

insufficient water pressure dirty refrigerator
the water pressure in the shower was insufficient it barely trickled out i found the kettle in the kitchen had significant limescale buildup these issues need attention. also the refrigerator was not clean

low water pressure scaled kettle
I was a bit disappointed. the shower had very low water pressure, hard to rinse properly. the kettle in the kitchen was also quite scaled. It seemed a bit unhygienic! i expected better, especially given the overall rating and also i found the fridge dirty. it's a shame because otherwise, the place was okay.

a peaceful sanctuary
communal kitchen free cereal cute room
i appreciated the communal kitchen it had a kettle a fridge and utensils available i also liked the free fruit and cereal for breakfast provided. the room felt cute we found water and another kettle there. the location near abbey wood provided a convenient connection to the city.

amazing stay!!!
friendly host super clean room free food
miss jing is awesome! she is super friendly and made sure i had everything i needed. the room was super clean and had all the basics. i even found free bananas, water, bread, and butter!!!

charmed by this stay
clean house comfy bed free bottle
i found the house beautiful and very clean! the bed was also quite comfy. i really appreciated the kitchen, furnished with everything including a free bottle of water, bananas, bread, jam, and butter. plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were available too.

the location is convenient with a short walk to the tube station, and it's only about 30 minutes to central areas! a big supermarket is very close too. this made getting around easy.

The facilities were functional. Breakfast, water, and fruit were offered daily, which i found thoughtful! easy meals could be prepared in the kitchen. it had everything i needed for a short stay.

My double room was comfortable and spacious, which i really appreciated. there was a fan available, too. That was really great since the weather was quite hot. the cleanliness was also a highlight.

Charming Stay Near Abbey Wood
friendly host useful detail
I found the hotel easily. The host was very friendly. She showed me around and gave helpful tips for my visit. She provided information about the last trains, a detail I found very useful. The room was spacious and tidy, including nice extras like a fan, adapter, water, tea, and coffee.
The distance required train travel, resulting in transportation costs. I spent a significant amount on travel for the duration of my stay. It would be great if there was a less expensive transport option.
