really good breakfasthelpful staffdistant location
he showed us many different plants and birds also he lent us binoculars so i could see unique birds up close. the restaurant staff went the extra mile to fulfill all my requests and the breakfast was fantastic too.
the location is a bit far from the city , made it difficult to go back and forth for sightseeing it took about 30 minutes to reach my destination.

the rooms are designed with simple elegance with a deck that provides a fine view of the mountains it really gives a peaceful experience. fresh black and green teas are available for purchase at a reasonable price.

the hotel is located on a tea plantation in the hills it is about 30 minutes outside of the city which is a bit far from kandy. this place is great if you want to get away from the city.

The staff was AMAZING and super helpful whenever we needed something. The pool is fine and worth spending several hours in. I really enjoyed the traditional Sri Lankan dinner. It was delicious. A naturalist guide took me on a walk. He taught me a lot about tea plants and the local trees.
There were some dogs near my balcony that were a nuisance.

The infinity pool offered panoramic views of the misty hills. It felt surreal to swim there. The hotel provided buggey service, and the rooms were conveniently placed. Open spaces were great for kids to run around.

The staff were very kind to accommodate any special request. They were consistently warm. The front desk was always super helpful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, so there were NO issues.

a mixed experience
great viewsunfriendly staffdestroyed items
the room had great views and that was an acceptable feature.
dogs outside our balcony destroyed some items. the staff were not very friendly initially. they gave us a free breakfast after i complained about the destroyed items and unfriendly behaviour. this gesture was not really enough to offset the initial issues.
