The staff was very friendly and helpful there.
I found stains on the bedding, that was not ideal. Plus the bathroom was a wet room so everything felt dirty. I think, for the price, it really wasn't great value compared to other places I have stayed at in Sri Lanka. These other places were fine, clean and the same price.

The neighborhood dogs barked a good portion of the night. It was very disturbing. the walls in the back building are thin and the windows fragile. also, the mattress was too hard. i barely slept during my entire stay.

The staff were really good. They arranged day trips and a driver to sigiriya. they tailored everything to our needs with local knowledge. the villa manager reassured us and helped arrange what we needed. their advice and help were greatly appreciated!!!
The location is a bit outside of the center. This may not be ideal if you plan to go in and out a lot.
