The Victorian mansion has a beautiful decor. The location is excellent. A short walk leads to shopping areas and amazing restaurants. My room was large. It included a comfortable bed and good furnishings. The staff was very helpful. They provided great restaurant recommendations and made sure I had everything I needed.
The breakfast was very nice, but the bathroom needed some updating.

The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning shut off when i removed the key, so the room was too warm when i returned each evening. the bathroom had some visible mold and limescale. It did not feel clean.

The room i booked was not worth the price. It felt more like a budget accommodation than a luxury hotel. the bathroom needed serious attention, with visible signs of mold and limescale. furthermore the air conditioning system was inconvenient. It switched off automatically when the room key was removed, causing discomfort upon return. the lack of proper maintenance and value for money were disappointing.
