unhelpful stafflimited daytime activities
The staff seemed generally unhelpful. There was not much for my two-year-old to do during the daytime because there were very few air-conditioned areas. I was refused entry to both kids' clubs because they were only for children aged four and up. We had to wait for our room to be prepared, and that meant there was no way to keep him entertained and out of the heat for a few hours, limited daytime activities

The hotel had three amazing pools. cool waterslides. My kids really enjoyed the games that were available for them. Breakfast and dinner options proved excellent. The beach was just a short two-minute walk away.
