The air conditioning in the room barely functioned. It struggled to lower the temperature even a few degrees. i found this unacceptable for a hotel that demands a high price. i insist on a more effective climate control system in any future stay.

The room was smaller than i anticipated. it was also not particularly clean. I found some dust in the corners. the pool area. it was crowded and noisy, not the relaxing experience i expected. i could not find available loungers. the music was too loud for a relaxing spa environment.
