The front desk staff were REALLY great. The location is prime for getting around the area by public transit. I appreciated the availability of ear plugs upon request, as I am a light sleeper.
The room I had was expensive but small. I noticed occasional noise from the hotel's elevators. I also heard noise from the neighboring room, unfortunate.

Really good Stay, Prime Location and Stellar Service!
prime location train entrance helpful staff excellent job
I was thrilled to find the F train subway entrance just across the street from the hotel , it was super convenient. Plenty of restaurants surround the hotel , providing many choices for dining. The staff provided helpful service , I really appreciated their support. Housekeeping did an excellent job and even were really nice my expectations!
The elevators were occasionally a bit slow , this caused minor delays at times.

My king studio included a very large bed perfect for restful sleep , and the hot shower offered great water pressure. I also appreciated the stylish décor , it gave the room a modern atmosphere.

I enjoyed using the hotel pool , it was perfect for a refreshing swim. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym , it offers multiple options for staying active. Jimmy was helpful with everything from handling bags to providing ice.

I found many dining options near the hotel , so satisfying my cravings was simple. The Blue Ribbon sushi restaurant on the second floor is great, and I had a delicious meal there.

the room was stylish. i really enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the views of the city. the rooftop pool area was a great bonus too (a perfect spot to unwind!).

the room location was great, it made getting around easy. the room was big, i love how spacious it was. staff was nice to me.
the minibar had problems. i was charged for things i didn't use. the noise at night it was too loud, because of the club on the 7th floor, sleep was difficult. the housekeeping they came too early, at 9.30am.

flower delivery seamless experience friendly staff convenient location
Yailyn helped coordinate flower delivery to the room! she made sure everything was seamless, this was great. Joseph and Nazaar were friendly. They were great too ensure we had the best room available. The hotel was clean, well-kept and close to bars.
The elevator moved a bit slowly. I'd have appreciated a quicker ride between floors.

The room had a spacious layout and a decent closet. It was well appointed. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was helpful for getting ready quickly.

The front desk staff greeted us every time we walked in. It was very nice. Abraham was very receptive to our needs, always available to assist with questions. He answered any questions we had. That was thoughtful.

The hotel has a fantastic location for nearby bars and restaurants. It is also close to major attractions, great to walk to many places. The hotel's location near the subway offers quick access to all transit options.

Food in the Blue Ribbon was amazing. The meals were prepared well. The hotel offers a fridge stocked with cost items for easy access. That was useful. There are also many local establishments nearby for a quick snack.

Really good Service and Great Location
superior service great location excellent room helpful staff
I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff, especially Jimmy R, provided SUPERIOR customer service. The location was great. The room was also great. I will definitely book again because of the front desk service.
There was only one minor issue, the gym equipment could use an update, specifically the treadmills seemed a bit worn.

I had a spacious junior suite with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine with complimentary pods, a convenient amenity. The size of the room allowed for relaxation without feeling cramped, which I REALLY appreciated.

great location and ample rooms
ample rooms good service
i loved the ample rooms and good service. i was looking for a different neighborhood to stay in with my family for a week. the lower east side proved to be a great choice with lots of restaurants bars and shops without the big crowds.
the pool was only available until 5pm. the gym and spa were located in the cellar.
