Yailyn helped coordinate flower delivery to the room! she made sure everything was seamless, this was great. Joseph and Nazaar were friendly. They were pretty good too ensure we had the best room available. The hotel was clean, well-kept and close to bars.
I'd have appreciated a quicker ride between floors.

The room had a spacious layout and a decent closet. It was well appointed. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This was helpful for getting ready quickly.

The front desk staff greeted us every time we walked in. It was very nice. Abraham was very receptive to our needs, always available to assist with questions. He answered any questions we had. That was thoughtful.

The hotel has a fantastic location for nearby bars and restaurants. It is also close to major attractions, great to walk to many places. The hotel's location near the subway offers quick access to all transit options.

Food in the Blue Ribbon was amazing. The meals were prepared well. The hotel offers a fridge stocked with cost items for easy access. That was useful. There are also many local establishments nearby for a quick snack.

I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff, especially Jimmy R, provided SUPERIOR customer service. The location was great. The room was also great. I will definitely book again because of the front desk service.
There was only one minor issue, the gym equipment could use an update, specifically the treadmills seemed a bit worn.

I had a spacious junior suite with a comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine with complimentary pods, a convenient amenity. The size of the room allowed for relaxation without feeling cramped, which I REALLY appreciated.

great location and ample rooms

i loved the ample rooms and good service. i was looking for a different neighborhood to stay in with my family for a week. the lower east side proved to be a great choice with lots of restaurants bars and shops without the big crowds.
the pool was only available until 5pm. the gym and spa were located in the cellar.
