small family room overgrown patio
the family room was small. we were all cramped. the overgrown patio was also a mess. i asked for extra pillows, but those never came. mosquitos filled the room making it impossible to sleep without getting bitten. the breakfast was a joke for allergies. it took almost an hour for gluten free bread to appear. the sea was gross with swimmer's itch. i have never felt this before. the hotel felt really dated. it didn't feel like a five star hotel at all.

The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront location with comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast offered great variety with fresh options. Staff members were always helpful. The bus stop located just outside made trips into town very easy.
I noticed some minor wear in the room decor.

My room included tea and coffee facilities and a balcony, I appreciated it. The bathroom supplied nice body lotion and shower gel. Plenty of storage space allowed me to keep the room tidy.

Staff at reception were friendly and efficient, they made check-in quick. Porters assisted with luggage upon arrival, I found it helpful. Breakfast staff made omelettes to order, the selection was excellent.
