somewhat disappointing experience

slow serviceslamming door
this hotel, it pretends to be fancy, but the experience was questionable. i waited over an hour for a second luggage rack, a minor inconvenience turned into a test of patience. the air conditioning acted on a whim, ignoring the set temperature. the toilet door slammed shut with a bang, a constant reminder of substandard maintenance.
