i found the location very convenient. it was in the historic city center close to the pantheon. the staff were friendly when i arrived. the breakfast had many options.
the air conditioning was switched off so i had to open the window to cool the room. this meant i heard noise from the square at night.

the location was superb it was close to many restaurants and nightlife. the room was clean i found that very important. breakfast was also very good i was pleased with the choices.
the climate control did not work well the room was too warm. the tv volume was controlled by reception i found this inconvenient. the casting system from phone apps to tv did not function at all.

My room had a luxurious feel. The breakfast included an excellent selection of items. The staff was professional and courteous. They gave me a warm welcome.
The hotel doesn't have on-site parking. It requires about a twenty-minute walk to reach a parking location

the staff were friendly. i loved that the breakfast selection was extensive. i also appreciated the quick and efficient luggage transfer (it made arrival so smooth!).
the climate control wasn't working as expected in my room (it was a bit warm). the tv volume was controlled downstairs, a little inconvenient. the complimentary wine wasn't the best quality.

small skylightpedestrian area
the room i booked was supposed to have a pantheon view, but i ended up with a tiny skylight. it was a real letdown considering the price i paid! also, dragging my luggage from the taxi stand was such a pain because the area is completely pedestrianized. definitely not the luxury experience i was hoping for and expected for that kind of money.

broken elevatorshigh minibar prices
The elevator situation was less than stellar. It seemed to be perpetually out of service. Getting to the higher floors seemed like a vertical marathon. The minibar prices rivaled those of a fancy cocktail bar. I almost needed a mortgage for a bottle of water. It's an alright location otherwise.
