the location is perfect it's literally a short walk to the colosseum there are food shops nearby the terminal is a short walk and the train station is also close. the host responded to messages in a timely manner for directions or any tips i asked about. i would stay here again.
the single negative fact is that i wish i could have stayed longer than the four nights i booked

i went to a supermarket and loved the recommended gelateria fassi nearby the salumeria l' artigiano del suino also has delicious takeout options i found this very convenient. daily access to water and coffee was great

Giordano provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. He stored my luggage before check-in since I arrived early. The location was excellent. It provided connections to bus lines and the metro.
The bedding was not clean, it had spots. I noticed dried blood stains on the white sheets. The spare bedding in the closet had stains as well.

I appreciated the host giordano's assistance. He provided directions and restaurant recommendations. the room had a shared coffee machine, a water machine, and an iron, quite useful. the location suited my plans as it was about 15 minutes from the colosseum.
the street outside was occasionally noisy at night. it did bother me a bit as i am a very light sleeper
