The room was super clean and quite modern. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the views from the balcony. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They assisted . Breakfast was also good.
The shower over the bath flooded the floor in my room, even while taking care to prevent it.

The suite was really spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast service was amazing and delivered directly to the room each morning. The staff had great knowledge about local restaurants and readily provided bookings. Self check-in was really easy, it was so convenient.

The mattress firmness was not to my liking. It felt TOO soft. I also found the absence of complimentary water a bit surprising given the price point. The limited staffing also made early check-in difficult. I would have liked a firmer mattress and better availability of staff.
