the staff were friendly. the facilities were clean.
the food was not good. the desserts lacked quality. i asked for a birthday cake for my daughter upon arrival, but it never arrived. then, three days later, i received an email asking about the cake flavor!!!

the hotel had very clean and spacious rooms! beds were comfie. sarah, the guest coordinator, looked after us. sam from the entertainment team encouraged participation and fun.
rooms without balconies lack a place to hang wet clothes or towels, apply, twice.

the food felt repetitive. there was a large selection, but it lacked variety over my stay. the desserts looked appealing, but many tasted quite similar. the room had some maintenance issues i noticed. a lightbulb in the bathroom was flickering, and the shower pressure fluctuated a lot.

the breakfast had a broad range! it satisfied everyone's taste. the hotel provided a shuttle service to marrakesh medina, and it was very valuable.
the food was ok. i thought it was not great. the rooms were not very clean and had hair on the floor in the bathroom shower.

mixed feelings about my stay

the hotel had a regular free bus service into town which was acceptable.
the rooms were not very clean i found a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom shower the staff weren't consistently pleasant either some acted quite rude the spa treatments included access to a spa pool but it was disgusting with clumps of hair left outside.
