excellent family stay!
friendly stafflovely poolsluke warm food
The staff was very friendly. The pools were lovely. The hotel caters well for children. i observed that people put towels on sun loungers. Then they disappeared for half the day, blocking chairs.
the food was only luke warm. there were too many people smoking round the swimming pool. i noticed a lack of sockets in the room.

there were several pools available and activities planned for both children and adults. rooms have a nice balcony and include a mini kitchen with a kettle, sink, and microwave, though no table.

The breakfast had english bacon. The evening meal offered plenty of choice. i saw many desserts and a machine for ice cream. drinks are available at an additional cost during lunch and dinner except water.

The free water fountain was a plus. Pools are great with much space. My children loved the playground that included sand. The kids club made my children happy with the various activities.
I noticed too many people were smoking near the pool. This could cause issues for children.

I found the staff helpful. Reception, restaurant, bar, entertainment team and maids all provided excellent service. the pool is great for children.. there are also two parks and a football pitch for added fun. the kids club and the entertainment team were really good, and the evening shows offered a good variety.
i noticed the food was only lukewarm at times.. it's a minor issue, but something to be aware of.

high noise levelspoor drainage
the noise levels were quite high. i could hear other guests at almost any hour, they walked by and talked loudly. the air conditioning was also quite powerful, and the kitchen sink made some noise due to poor drainage. it made sleeping difficult.

The pool and terrace areas were kept in good condition. Most staff members were very friendly and helpful. The free filtered water was a godsend. Very useful on hot days.
