This was my first visit to this hotel, and i must say i was impressed! the hotel was clean, a real testament to the staff's hard work. i appreciated how close it was to local shops and restaurants. Very convenient for exploring. there were always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool, so relaxing was always an option!
I had a minor inconvenience regarding the deposit. i was told about the €100 deposit during check-in. I didn't get it back within the promised 7 days. i tried contacting them via email, but received no response, so i was left frustrated.

The food selection was good. I especially enjoyed lunch and dinner as there was a fantastic variety. the hot food at the buffet was lovely. Everything seemed well prepared and fresh. i thought the restaurant was very cute.

The pool area was a great size and never felt too crowded. There was always space. i found the pool clean and inviting. Swimming was enjoyable. the hotel offered lots of activities for all ages, ensuring everyone had something to do.

The hotel signage on the front was damaged. It was not a good first impression.

The buffet was organized. I loved the variety and high standards of food, especially the local options. Both pools featured heated water and the fridge in my room was very helpful to keep my drinks cool at night.
The hotel claims to have a tennis court, but it is not maintained. If you plan to play tennis, consider choosing a different hotel.

The hotel is central, with restaurants nearby that offer reasonably priced and fabulous food. It's a 15-minute walk to beaches, a shorter walk without a stroller, and the beaches are clean.

The pool is spacious and there are always plenty of sunbeds available to use. A shuttle transports people to Pescadores beach every hour. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and the indoor pool a lot.

My room had a small kitchen with tea and coffee facilities, which I really appreciated. The room was super clean at all times, I must say. The size of the room was excellent and very comfortable.
