Really good Hotel Stay
attentive staff clean room comfortable bed
The attentiveness of the staff stood out to me. The front desk was responsive and helpful. I particularly appreciated Steven assisting me with my bag from storage so i could catch my flight. That was great. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and the appointments were well-done. The bed was also very comfortable.
The hotel charges a nightly fee and, this includes amenities i didn't need, like bike rentals.

The hotel is centrally located. It is near transit options, dining establishments, and Union Square, the transit options were very helpful. A short ride to Fisherman's Wharf, Embarcadero, or Giants games is convenient. It was a great location

The front desk staff members were responsive and accommodating. The staff provided excellent assistance to me. The team was quick to address any concerns, which contributed positively to my overall experience. The attention to detail stood out to me.

I found a local restaurant just one block away. It is called Ebishi and i think it's worth a visit. The availability of nearby dining options adds convenience . I found it to be convenient.

loud room no apology
The stay began poorly. the initial room had excessive noise. moving rooms happened, but there was no apology from the staff. the lack of acknowledgement for the inconvenience was surprising. It was not good.

modern bathroom comfortable bed helpful receptionist
The size of the room was amazing, alongside its modern bathroom. The view from the room was nice, i also found the double beds quite comfortable. When I asked for a different room, the receptionist was very helpful.
The hotel can be quite noisy, especially during the night.

The hotel offers VERY easy access to cable cars and trams. Several restaurants and entertainment options are within a short walking distance from the premises. It is very convenient. The surroundings provide many options.

The breakfast service is good, although the muffin selection can be limited at times. The staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness, i did feel very welcome here. They were very helpful .

lovely stay
spacious room convenient location great staff mini fridge
i have stayed at this hotel before and both visits were wonderful. the room was spacious, and i liked the empty mini fridge a lot. the location is very close to union square, super convenient for getting around. the staff has been consistently great and very accommodating.
the ac unit was not great. it didn't cool well and wasn't quiet at all, running too long. it also didn't accurately measure the room temperature and the food was very average, honestly.

updated room comfortable stay ample space helpful staff
The hotel room was recently updated. I had a comfortable stay in the suite. The hotel offered enough space for luggage, a definite plus for any traveler. The staff was nice and helpful throughout my stay.
I found the soundproofing to be an issue. I could clearly hear doors opening and closing outside my room.

The hotel is near theaters and various dining places. I found it convenient to access different parts of the area from this spot. It is also within reasonable walking distance to Union Square.

city view efficient receptionist lovely cocktail spacious room
The location offers convenient access to many tourist spots. my room, located on the 11th floor, featured fine city views from two large windows. It felt spacious, almost like an apartment. the receptionist showed really good efficiency and helpfulness when i requested a different room. redwood room provides lovely cocktails, thanks to awesome waiters.
the muffin selection at breakfast diminished rapidly, leaving few options later in the service.
